HOLISTIC PRACTICE
PHILOSOPHY

I inherited my love of medicine from my father, a small‑town dentist in St. George, SC. From him, I learned the value of providing excellent care and building lasting relationships with patients.
Today, I’m proud to bring that same level of care to the Lexington, SC community through acupuncture and hands‑on therapies. My passion is helping people achieve optimal health, whether they’re managing chronic pain, recovering from muscle or nerve injuries, working through stress and anxiety, or seeking support with fertility and overall wellness.
At my Acupuncture clinic, every treatment is tailored to your needs — with a focus on both relieving symptoms and restoring balance so you can feel your best every day.
Wellness is not a "medical fix" but a way of living - a lifestyle sensitive and responsive to all the dimensions of body, mind and spirit. An approach to life we each design to achieve our highest potential for well-being now and forever.

Chronic or recurring pain can affect every part of your life — from how you work to how you sleep. At my clinic in Lexington, SC, I use acupuncture and hands‑on techniques to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall quality of life.
Common pain conditions I treat include:
-Neck and shoulder tension
- Lower back pain and sciatica
-Joint pain (knees, hips, elbows)
-Muscle strains and overuse injuries
-Headaches and migraines related to muscle or nerve issues
Why acupuncture for pain?
Acupuncture improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps the body release natural pain‑relieving chemicals. Over time, many patients experience longer‑lasting relief and fewer flare‑ups.
THERAPEUTIC CUPPING
Cupping therapy is a time‑tested form of hands‑on treatment where special cups are gently placed on your skin to create a light suction. This technique helps reduce muscle pain, release tension, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural healing process. Many people describe the effects as similar to a deep‑tissue massage—without the added pressure on sore areas.
Cupping is included as part of your acupuncture treatment at no additional cost, providing an extra layer of relief for pain, stiffness, and stress.
MODERN APPROACH
At my clinic, I combine the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine with the best of modern research and hands‑on techniques. This integrative approach ensures each treatment is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
What does a modern approach mean for you?
- Evidence‑based methods guided by current research
- Gentle, precise needling techniques for comfort and safety
-Treatments designed to complement your medical care
-A focus on whole‑person wellness — body, mind, and lifestyle
By blending time‑honored practices with today’s knowledge, I strive to offer you treatments that are both effective and deeply restorative.
